A veterinary ointment intended for the treatment of skin and mucous membrane wounds in all warm-blooded and non-food animals. Alaptide is a synthetic dipeptide. Which accelerates wound healing by stimulating tissue granulation and regeneration. You can use it to treat all minor injuries of the skin and mucous membranes, burns, cuts, frostbite, bruises and ulcers, as well as cracked or salt-filled paws.
How to use
Externally on the skin. Apply the ointment in a layer of 2-3 mm to the indicated area of skin, or cover it lightly with a bandage, making occasional checks, leave it in place for the time necessary to support wound healing. In cases where a bandage cannot be applied, the ointment is applied twice daily, possibly as needed. The time of application depends on the extent of the damaged area and the state of regeneration. The usual duration of treatment is 3 to 10 days, in chronically neglected cases longer.
