Composition

• Each 10g contains:
• Cloxacillin Benzathine 1660 mg
• Excipients up to 10 g

Indications

• Al Farabi Eye Ointment is used to treat eye infections caused by staphylococci and all types of bacilli in cattle, sheep, horses, dogs, cats and pigeons caused by bacteria sensitive to cloxacillin.

Usage

• To check the eye to avoid and remove foreign bodies if any.
• Wash your hands first to avoid contamination.
• Be careful not to touch the tip of the tube or allow it to touch the eye.
• Pull down the lower eyelid and apply the ointment to the conjunctiva.
• Close the eye and move the eyelid in all directions to distribute the product.

Dosages

• Cattle and horses: 5 cm of ointment per eye twice daily.
• Sheep, goats, dogs and cats: 2 cm of ointment per eye twice daily.
• Bath: Apply a sufficient amount of ointment to each eye twice daily.
